Alice has unfortunately had a setback!
I was dancing hip-hop (80s and 90s of course!) with my sister on Xmas eve and managed to fully rupture my Achilles tendon whilst doing so. I am hypermobile, so more prone to this kind of injury unfortunately! The recovery from this is long, so I will definitely be sure to take more care of myself from now on.
In the meantime, I've sadly had to cancel my first few markets of the year. I will however be taking this down time to get myself back online! And I will be able to sew soon, so my shops will all be looked after too.
Look after your achilles folks, it's a serious part of your body!!
